Additionally, Richard Youngblood provided a sworn statement asserting that he had witnessed Duane discussing the allegations and alleging his own incidents of misconduct involving Jakes.
He recounted an occasion during a church trip in the mid-1980s when Jakes allegedly climbed into his bed without consent and made suggestive comments.
